One of the most important things to remember when trying to lose or maintain weight is planning. Most of us don't plan our meals from day to day. We just get up and start to eat as we go. This is detrimental to our health and diets.
We need to plan our daily meals just like we plan anything else in our lives. If our meals or eating habits are planned before we get to the actual time of execution we already know what we are going to eat, how much and at what time. That way we control our eating.
Why do we gain weight? Simple. It is because our eating is out of our control. When we already know what we are going to eat and how much, we keep control of our food intake and therefore our weight.
